What to know before the first campaign.
Can I send from my own business email?
Yes. Your organization verifies its domain and sender address, then campaigns use that identity. FounderOmni's support address is never used as a customer's marketing sender.
Why do campaigns require a mailing address?
Commercial email laws and platform rules generally require an accurate postal address in campaign footers. A home address, eligible post office box, or legitimate private mailbox may be appropriate.
How are unsubscribes and complaints handled?
Every marketing send includes a secure FounderOmni preferences or unsubscribe URL. Suppressed, unsubscribed, bounced, and complained contacts are excluded from future delivery.
