Scope & privacy
The browser encoder controls output quality. PNG uses lossless encoding, so quality does not reduce PNG size; resize or choose WebP/JPEG. A target size is a best effort, not a guarantee. Animated inputs become still images. Metadata is not retained.

Can I compress an image to 100 KB?
Set the target to 100 KB. The tool searches quality settings and, if needed, reduces dimensions. It reports whether the target was reached; review small text and fine detail before using the result.
