Scope & privacy
Previews are illustrative. Social platforms cache pages and may crop or override metadata. This tool does not clear their caches, render JavaScript or validate remote image dimensions. External preview images load from their original host.

Why can the preview differ from LinkedIn or Facebook?
Platforms use their own fetchers, caches, image crops and fallback rules. The checker shows the metadata visible in server HTML at the check time. Refresh the platform’s cache with its official debugger if needed.
